This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).
