This NEWLY renovated three bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms is located in the heart of Elmont- the gateway to Long Island NY! It has an immense privately fenced back yard for all your relaxation needs and if you are looking for a special occasion location LALA'S HOUSE should be your must see destination!

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Whether you are hoping to relax/work while drinking coffee on the patio or living room over looking the water, this is a very quiet and relaxing place to be. 5 minutes from the famous Nautical Mile where you can enjoy different restaurants, boat rides and other activities, minutes away from Southern State and Meadowbrook Pkwy, 15 minutes away from Jones Beach. Private Attic room with private bathroom and private entry on the third floor of our home. Comes with a reclinable queen sized bed, smart TV w/free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, a dining table for 2. Lots of steps up to get to your unit. If you have heavy luggage ask me for help. Perfect for solo travelers who just need a comfortable bed and a clean space. Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.
