Monthly Rentals in North Springfield Reservoir

Sweet place. Comfortable, Quiet and safe. Three things I look for!

We were in Grafton, VT for a wedding, and we wanted a place that was close but not at the wedding venue. This cozy apartment was perfect for us, it was large and comfortable, felt homey and clean. Bathroom was good ; shower was hot. Kitchen had everything you would need, although all we did was make coffee. The property was also bucolic and peaceful. There were flowers, gardens, plants, chickens. It was really nice. We didn't hang around as we had events all weekend, but it fit our needs just perfectly, and Bethany was lovely.

What a blissful place to stay. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom towels were some of the thickest, most luxurious I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb. The decor is fresh and modern with a playful retro touch in the kitchen that adds charm and character. I wish I had more time to enjoy the space—especially the perfect work-from-"home" setup tucked under the eaves. I was attending an artist retreat at the Smiley Manse, which was conveniently less than five minutes away.

Stayed over a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were both very friendly. Because of work I didn’t get a chance to explore the farm as much as I would have liked but it was beautiful being around it none the less. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.
