Monthly Rentals in North Side

We loved the condo and spent a few days walking through the city. The location was great and the space was perfect for what we needed! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! Great place in a great neighborhood. Parking can be a little tricky so plan ahead but not a big deal. Chad and Ramona were very communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended!

We had a fantastic weekend! It was our first time staying on the Northside. We can for a baseball game but found some great restaurants and coffee shops and visited the Aviary! Very walkable place, as described. No problems so we never had to contact the host. Extra touches like travel toiletries and real wine glasses really make it feel like a much more expensive place!

We loved staying with Chad and Jenn! They are very proactive with communication and instructions were clear, concise, and easy to understand. The place that we stayed was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the home feel that it had! The place had absolutely everything that you could think of and more and we absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay with them again in the future! 10/10
