Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Sea

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb mountain we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit of Kitty and Erik in every room, every item we loved. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for what's special - just like we are! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make yourself a plentiful first breakfast and more. The stairs up are very steep, but well secured, and our 70-year-old joints were also quick to get out. We really enjoyed these days and it was like coming home every time. Thanks for everything! Staying here was a very pleasant experience and we will be very happy to come back. A spacious house, very nice and clean, equipped with everything you may need (much more). There's a lot of attention to getting everything guests need. As small examples I mention the bathrooms, equipped with a large amount of products and towels, the attention to equip each environment with multiple electrical outlets, even USB, the many games for those traveling with children, the complete amenities in the kitchen, and the list could continue for a long time. There are also large equipped outdoor spaces, available to guests. Johanna is a welcoming and helpful person. Every morning he prepared a super plentiful, delicious, and varied breakfast. The area is quiet, in the countryside, close to villages and cities equipped with all services, which can be reached in a few minutes, in an ideal location to visit most of the Netherlands.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts are welcoming and very kind. Accommodation in a good location, well-equipped . Hearty breakfast. To recommend!

Good space with all the trimmings. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and everything is thought of. With the Games, good beds and good spaces in the house, it is good to stay in the house with 6 people. The location is also top, in the middle of the woods so you can take a nice walk.

We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

We had a great time in Aachen! The place is spacious, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is planned for optimal comfort, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to the city center, with easy access to the main attractions of Aachen, while being in a quiet environment that guarantees restful nights. Sophia was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back on a future visit to Aachen! 😊

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We stayed with the whole family for just one night while we were traveling, but would like to stay longer. A large, impeccably clean apartment with all the amenities you should have in the house. Quiet neighborhood, great place if someone is looking for peace. I recommend

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

We had a wonderful time at Maarten and Malo’s home. could not ask for a better location and nicer people. They were very responsive and caring. It felt like staying at some old friends place. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We highly recommend them.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend to others. It’s super central, which was perfect for us as we only stayed for one afternoon/evening and had no time to waste. It’s a short walk to the castle along the river, with lots of restaurants to choose from en route. We had a lovely Thai dinner at a place I think was called Nam Jai. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive - just what I love about Airbnb. Having breakfast items included was an added bonus and much appreciated. The balcony was cute. A lovely room! On the outskirts of the forest and walking distance to the beach. Heerliik is quietly located . The room is spacious with nice ambient lighting. There's a table with lovely chairs. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Bianca’s place! The surrounding area is peaceful and rural, and not far from the beach/sea. There is a bus to the train station in Hoorn, though it doesn’t run late. We didn’t have a car but got along fine by bus/walking. Great place for a family stay. The alpacas and other animals were so cute! We were all quite taken with them, and we all had our favorites. Breakfast was really good - fresh farm breakfast with homemade yogurt and jams, and eggs from the farm. Bianca is super friendly and helpful! We would recommend Bianca’s place to anyone!

what a nice place! can take beautiful walks both around the estate and in the area. The breakfast was for pure pampering and the tea garden with delicious freshly ground pastries was a nice icing on the cake! We enjoyed

Gilles owns a fabulous property set in a peaceful location. Having stayed here before we were more than pleased to stay for a second time. Beautiful rooms, very large comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Breakfast includes items from the local boulangerie, jams, local honey (see the hives in the garden) fruit and cheeses. Gilles is always responsive and friendly without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic, quiet location. And that about 10 minutes by bike from the historic center. The welcome was great, cup of soup on arrival. Every morning a delicious and varied breakfast. Riet and Rick are open, welcoming, you feel right at home! The space itself is even more spacious than the listing indicates. Keep in mind a fairly steep, narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. This location is absolutely recommended!
