perfect accommodation: good use of the space, everything is there, you quickly feel at home. Outside, you can also sit comfortably, in the sun or shade. Ideal welcoming hosts who are happy to make you feel at home. We would love to come back: recommended (although we'd rather not tell: just kidding)

We had a wonderful time at Vivian & Kurt's in Zandvoort! 🏡 Upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable and welcome – the accommodation was incredibly clean, lovingly furnished and with so many small details to make you feel good. ✨🫶 Vivian & Kurt were always available and helped us quickly and warmly with every question – something you really appreciate. 🧡 A very special highlight were the super delicious croissants that sweetened our morning 🥐😊 - such a nice gesture! Thank you for your hospitality – we would come back anytime! 🌊☀️

We had a great stay in Julianadorp with Gerard. The cottage was spacious and bright, and everything was tip top in order. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful family weekend with daughter,son-in-law ,grandson and dog! The house was perfect,it was very cozy and plenty of space for everyone! The dog was able to go into the garden,it was fenced! It was close to the beach! We enjoyed the surroundings very much! A nice walk to the dog beach! Everything perfect - we will be back!!

We found the accommodation in an optimal condition for our short break. Everything you needed, from kitchen utensils to bath towels, was available in generous numbers. The equipment is modern and leaves nothing to be desired. Above all, the view directly over the sea and the large balcony contribute greatly to relaxation. We were thrilled by the magnificent sunsets every day. Imco, as the host, was always available to us and the check-in and check-out worked very well. We would come back back.

For the third time, simply a dream!!! I can't imagine it any better. The view from the roof terrace is simply unbeatable. Best location, everything you need, everything quickly accessible. Sven has put everything together in a folder, described everything well and compiled important numbers. Everything is super clean. You just feel comfortable right away. Otherwise, we wouldn't be staying there for the third time. Very nice good contact. We'll be back for sure. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

This apartment was a real godsend for us! The furniture is a little older, but everything is well maintained and very clean. The bathroom is modernized and the view fantastically beautiful. The amenities are very extensive and there is really everything you need. We'd love to come back and look forward to a next vacation there. Thanks very much for the great holiday.

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Communication with Sandra went very well. Sandra responds immediately and is ready to solve problems. The apartment was very clean. The quality of the seats and the mattress are very good. Good sun protection is provided. The multiple seats provide many opportunities to enjoy the view. The swimming pool is really an extra.

Paul is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. We checked in while a lot of camping guest arrived, which was a bit chaotic with only a few temporary parking spots. But he quickly let us in and showed us the place, which was just as described. The camping itself seemed to have a lot to offer, which we did not make use of. The place itself was indeed in a quiet corner of a field, with plenty of privacy for a campsite. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The hostess was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

Beautiful stay in a small but nice apartment. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Bakeries, restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a short stay. Will come back again.

Beautiful, quiet cottage right on the dike! We had the bikes with us and the area is great to explore by bike. Everything is there in the house and very clean! We felt incredibly comfortable right away. Thank you, Addy, for the uncomplicated and friendly communication!

It was all to our complete satisfaction! Exactly what we imagined for our honeymoon. It was quiet and relaxed, you could really switch off there. The house was very high quality and clean. Simply chic! We felt very comfortable. Natalia was always available, you always felt well taken care of. She also always informed us about possible activities or restaurants and Lolale. Nothing negative can be said! It was just perfect!

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their welcome, we immediately felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is very nice and decorated with care and good taste. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful tiny house. The location is good as a starting point for excursions by car or bicycle. The small sandy beach on the Weser river is only 100 metres away. Parking was sufficient. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay for a birthday girls trip. The location is exceptional, the view is stunning and the place is cosy with everything you need and a bit more 😉 Little dip in the sea in the morning, cacao session on the balcony, tanning through the afternoon and dinner for sunset. Lotje gave detailed instructions and was super clear. She gave us recommendations for restaurants (Tulum is extraordinary when you are a health nerd with an Interieur Design eye) We will definitely be back.

The apartment is fantastically located and perfectly and high-quality equipped. The sea view from the master bedroom and the kitchen means you won't want to leave the apartment. Even in bad weather, you can enjoy your stay. There are two small bedrooms, the large master bedroom with an open bathroom (there is also a toilet here), the large kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and washbasin without toilet) and a separate toilet. Two balconies complete the apartment perfectly, both with seating. There were even blankets in case it was cool outside or you wanted to cover yourself on the sofa. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: there was even a blender and a citrus press, but a few more bath towels would have been nice. The children had fun with the game console, the two garages and the lift offered uncomplicated (and dry) access to the apartment. Hans was a courteous host!

A really very nice, cozy and tasteful little apartment! Carmen was super nice and very helpful! We immediately felt comfortable and can only recommend the small apartment! The location is especially great: quiet and yet very centrally located. In less than half a minute you are in the city centre and in 2 minutes by the sea!
