The apartment was very cozy and very clean which immediately gave a feeling of home. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need every day. Both for an evening with candlelight on the couch or matching glasses for a sparkling Aperol on the great roof terrace, everything was thought of, even the little things that make a great vacation. The apartment is located in a small village in a private quiet atmosphere and yet central to reach various destinations. We were on Sylt and Amrum. The train station and harbor are minutes away. By car, we went to St. Peter Ording, Husum Büsum, to the North Beach as well as to Denmark. Also worth mentioning is Gunnar, a very nice and helpful host who always keeps an eye on the well-being of the guests. He was there with great tips for questions. Great communication, thank you for everything👍 I can only recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay and can absolutely recommend this accommodation! The house is located in a holiday park and offers everything you need. It is lovingly furnished, has three large bedrooms and a large garden with a fireplace. Communication went smoothly and check-in was uncomplicated. Everything was clean and looks just as beautiful as can be seen in the photos. We felt very comfortable! Thank you for the great time, we will be happy to come back!

We had a perfect three-day stay at Yasmine's place. She was remarkably responsive to each of our questions, which greatly facilitated our arrival. The apartment was impeccable: the impeccable condition of the premises and the cleanliness at the rendezvous. A big thank you to Yasmine for hosting us and for her professionalism. This was our second stay at her place, and we would not hesitate to come back again. The location is great, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Stefan’s place was easy to get to by bike as well as public transport from the station. Easy access to Oldenburg town as well as parks and canals. Shops just nearby. There were toys and games for my grandchildren and a park with play equipment and space to ride and run just nearby. I could highly recommend staying here!

The house is a dream and is located in a quiet grove. The furnishings are very tasteful and beautiful. The house is great for families with children and well thought out. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Great walkable area for groceries and restaurants. Everything is really very close! Some amenities listed were not available and parking was difficult. But the walkable area definitely made up for that. We had a very nice time for 4 weeks. It is close to many attractions. We will be back to enjoy this place again.

We loved staying here. The questions were answered and resolved quickly and easily. Host was always reachable. The location for our stay was perfect. A big plus is the private parking space, in a city like Cologne not self-evident.

A lovely place with plenty of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are really added value. We enjoyed ourselves every second.

All good! We were a total of 8 people and had a lovely stay. The house is very well equipped and the location is very nice. The long table in front of the house and the beautiful decoration complete everything. I'm sure we'll be back!

Martina was very friendly, always quickly reachable and absolutely uncomplicated despite a toddler stomping above her own apartment 😄 The apartment was incredibly clean and whenever I thought I needed something, Martina had already prepared it. It really has EVERYTHING you need. 👍 We would love to come back and highly recommend it 😊

That was amazing! The place was perfect for us. Directly at the train station (in the old train station), because we are travelling without a car. Remote and quiet, yet well connected. It was clean, super cozy and original, I felt comfortable right away, also because of the very friendly, but not intrusive greeting. Incidentally, we were able to rebook from two to three people at short notice without any problems. The area is great, very rural, all green. I would have liked to have stayed longer

We had a great holiday in the Butze 4. Everything is easy to reach on foot and by bike. In the holiday apartment is everything you need for a vacation. Communication with the landlady has been very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay with three generations in Butjadingen. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped – especially the large kitchen and the garden were perfect for us as a family with small children. The location is quiet, but still ideally located for excursions to Tossens, Burhave or Fedderwardersiel. Particularly nice: there was enough space for the children to play outside, and even when it rained, everything was cosy inside. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and had many great tips for family-friendly activities in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation – whether with children or with grandparents!

Perfect accommodation, well affordable. There is plenty to see and do in the (spacious) surroundings. If you ask the host and hostess something, they respond immediately and positively.

We stayed in your lovingly furnished accommodation for the second time and felt very comfortable like last time. The quiet location delighted us again and we were able to enjoy a few nice days in wonderful weather. We had the road bikes with us and were able to explore the beautiful surroundings every day. Thank you for the love and uncomplicated communication. Will definitely visit again.

It was a pleasure to be there the second time. Hein and Fieke were super flexible and communicative and if I Ever Visit this area again, i will sleep there.

We were warmly received by Merle and Timm directly upon arrival. The two have a very open and warm way, you immediately feel welcome. The apartment is stylishly furnished and very clean. We previously noted that we will be arriving with our 3 month old baby and we noticed the play arch with crawl blanket very positively, our baby had a lot of fun. We also got a baby travel bed. On request we also got a small basket of children's books and games. We could write a message at any time or just ring the bell. We were even allowed to use the hot tub at night. If our baby is bigger, we'll be happy to come back, even with his grandma and grandpa. The place , "Delve" is also very nice and the people there are also super friendly. All in all, a full hit! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We felt very comfortable in Frank's apartment, very modern and clean. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and we were able to park the car right outside the door.👍🏼☺️

Great apartment with upscale equipment! The host was easy to reach and helpful. The only negative point is the stove with only 2 plates.

Divya is a wonderful person who helped us with everything we needed. She advised us on the best things to do, both around the house and in Amsterdam and Utrecht. He also welcomed us into his house and offered to take care of us in Syrax while we were visiting Amsterdam. We are super happy to have chosen your place to visit the Netherlands and look forward to seeing you again. Pd: The sunsets are magnificent from the casita.

Martina is an amazing host, very responsive and her place is absolutely amazing. We felt Wi-Fi could have been better because our connection was getting lost, but everything else was fine :)

The stay was very nice, highly recommended. The location directly behind the dike is great. Very nice hikes were possible. Also by bike. Our family enjoyed it very much.
