The cottage has a living room with a kitchenette and an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowboat and 2 SUP boards are available for guests to use!

If you're looking for a hike, there are some beautiful spots nearby: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 minutes): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges, and lake ridges. – Couples tour: A ridge trail that ends at a lookout point overlooking the lake scenery. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the observation tower. Are you longing for a break surrounded by nature? Savukallio is a wilderness cabin with a Lapland vibe that invites you to take a deep breath and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The core idea of the property is: 'Everyone is a hermit at heart' – a place to reset the mind and clear one's thoughts. Built from the logs of an old smoke sauna, the cabin is located in the lake scenery of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and nature-focused wilderness experience for couples and travellers seeking peace and quiet.

Ranta-Mäntylä

Welcome to relax in the embrace of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful lake full of fish (Kallavesi), in the midst of nature, in the courtyard of our home, only a 25-minute drive from the towns of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cabin comfortably accommodates two people. In the summer, the sleeping enclosure has sleeping places for two. Guests have access to a barbecue, a paddle board and a rowboat. There is an additional charge for using the hot tub. Please book the hot tub in advance.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Cottage 55m² and a new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra.
