A perfect clean, light, quiet apartment close to anything and everything in Iisalmi. Owner Tuija saw us in and was a pleasure to deal with. If in Iisalmi, we’d sure book in again!

This was the second time we stayed here and everything was fine also now. The sauna is great, the place has history and a personal touch.

We are very happy with a month's stay. A warm garage is a big plus and shops nearby. You can also walk to the market. Good bed and linens, laundry and dishwasher and sauna, adequate and high-quality dishes and furniture, as well as a TV and radio. There would also have been a balcony and two bikes in the summer, but now in February we didn't have any use for them. We recommend - the onboarding and service provided by the host left a good feeling.

Very nice and family-friendly apartment. Personally furnished, clean and tidy. The opposite of an anonymous AirBnB apartment, as it is now rented by many professional operators. Friendly, helpful and proactive communication throughout the stay. The apartment was actually much nicer than in the pictures, with its unusually high rooms.

Very good small apartment for a short stay! Location excellent and quiet, apartment clean and host responded quickly. 🙂 The only downside was that the apartment was quite warm in sunny weather, but it was easier when the window was left open for the night and the balcony door ajar. We will be happy to come again! 🙂👍

We had a very pleasant stay at Essi‘s home. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and the short walk to the grocery store. It was easy to get in to the apartment and Essi was fast and responsive in communicating. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful and clean, the house was quiet. The sauna and balcony added comfort. You can walk to the city center in half an hour, but there's also good access by bus (there's a parking spot for car travelers). The surroundings of the nearby pond are also beautiful. Pasi provided clear check-in instructions and responded quickly to messages.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in all respects, where we had a great time. Puijo's fine outdoor terrain can be found very close by.

We had a great fishing vacation in this beautiful place! The apartment was great, clean and fresh. There was everything needed and more. The jacuzzi was great! Communication with the apartment owners was excellent - very friendly, nice and welcoming people. I recommend!

The house and the host are great. We are recomending them to everybody.

Tero's place matched the photos, nice decor, great view of the slopes, walkable to all activities and restaurants. Easy to check in and out, with good timings. We visited out of skiing season (early October) so it was deadly quiet in the area, very peaceful, but with that not a huge amount of open options. I'm sure in season it's a very lively place! Would well recommend this place for in-season for its location and out-of-season for its beauty and peacefulness. Only suggestions: Couple of furniture fixtures need correcting (tightening up) and could have an instruction manual to fire-place/sauna which may be useful for other tourists (I was with Finnish family so not a problem for us, but I could see some issues if English/European visitors were staying).

Antoine was very friendly and flexible, answering quickly to all our questions. They took very good care of us when suddenly a snow storm cut the electricity for a while. Beautiful and peaceful place.

A clean, peaceful basic home. The only minus and I ask you to consider. The location is so off the beaten path and there are no shops nearby. So when you become a guest, it's a good idea to stop at the store at Leppävirta at the latest. Downstairs, a pizzeria with tasty pizzas and very good service. Not a word of reproach for apartments in this price range. P.S. Even the bedding and towels were there, even though it was only a few hours from the reservation. A fair freezer is also positive, if you need one. Generally, the freezer is not a stay in listings that are not in use by a permanent resident.

Really nice apartment in a good location, our fairly large travel party fit well to sleep and everything went smoothly. Warm recommendation!
