From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with beaches.

The flat is furnished in an elegant style and comprehensively equipped. Floor heating and blackout curtains (if necessary) will give you a comfortable stay. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Kuopio and the harbour area. By elevator you will get e.g. to K-Market, a food restaurant, flower shop, etc. services.

The modern furnished bright apartment is located on the 9th floor of a tower house completed in the spring of 2022, with great views over the city to Kallavesi. The market or harbor is less than a kilometer away, so the city center and harbor with its diverse restaurants, shops and events are just around the corner. Downstairs there is a K-Supermarket, lunch and fast food restaurants, a barber and a flower shop. Next to the house is Kuopio's P-Matkakeskus, which has a train and bus station.

This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. The balcony also overlooks Valkeinen pond. The city center is a 10-minute walk. Likewise, Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the Kuntolaakso paid parking garage. All the apartment's textiles are washed with fragrance-free detergents.
