Amazing place! Perfect for our large group that came and stayed for a week. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Great AC! Plenty of towels and beach gear to take. Overall very satisfied. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Florida home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and comfortable everything was. The house is thoughtfully furnished, and it truly felt like a home away from home.❤️ One of the highlights for us was the heated pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing mornings and evenings, especially with the Florida breeze. The outdoor space was private and peaceful, great for lounging or dining outside. The location was convenient yet quiet, and the host made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Melissa’s house was spotless, well-furnished, and had an amazing pool. Melissa was very responsive, helpful, and a tremendous host. This is our second stay at this house and we will be back again soon!

This is our 2nd time here and I can't say enough about it! The house, pool and hot tub were amazing! Our family had a wonderful time! We were close enough to all the great beaches, Venice and Siesta Keys! The host is wonderful! Beach ⛱️ supplies such as chairs and umbrella. The kitchen dishes and amenities were top notch!! This is definitely a favorite place of ours! Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnb. The house was immaculate and beautifully done. Very minimal decor but what is there is very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of space and the kitchen had everything you’d need if cooking a meal. The outdoor lounge area was lovely. The only minor thing is the street is narrow and there’s no sidewalks so if you’re going for a walk you need to be mindful of other cars because you’ll be walking on the narrow roads. Stores aren’t within walking distance so make sure you have a means of transportation. We visited Venice Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Both a short drive and were incredible!! All in all, we’d definitely go back again, we loved the house!

We absolutely loved our stay at Zina's property! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place for us to unwind while still being close to everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and Zina was always a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly and was more than happy to assist with any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail is impressive, the bedding is very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a great stay! Our crew was in town working on a nearby job site, and this place was the perfect home base. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and recharge after long workdays. The location was super convenient, and communication with the host was easy and welcoming. This home was was amazing super clean and the host was friendly. The pool was amazing for the hot days her in florida. and Being able to spread out and relax was amazing. We felt right at home. The pool was cleaned while we were there but the host let us know before they showed up so we were prepared for that. We can't wait to stay here again

Great location, very close to the beach. Has big covered parking under the house so you can park jet skis or boat there. Will stay again

I'll definitely recommend. The only issue is just that instead of the top stove they could of just put a full oven. Other then there's nothing to criticize. Nothing at all.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

Location, location, location! Totally walkable to almost everything you need! Beach in one direction, beautiful downtown Venice in the other… both accessed by w along the lovely Heritage Park. This was truly a relaxing vacation… quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating… just what we - and our two standards poodles - needed!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!
