Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Miami

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

The stay at Casa Rincón’s was definitely the cherry on top to my weekend in Miami. The location was close to almost everything that was in our itinerary and was so grateful. The host made our weekend so special by helping me surprise my best friend for her birthday and making her feel so special. The host was fast to respond whenever we needed anything and definitely made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here at the cozy and tucked away Casa Rincón! Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing visit. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay—while a bit outdated in places, it was clean and functional, and the price reflects that well. Overall, great value and a pleasant experience!

Stay was nice ,near to Miami Beach und suitable for the price

This is a small apartment in a great location. If you are visiting Miami and you want go out to explore and come back just to sleep and shower, then this is the perfect place for you. Chloe is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome videos are very informative and with a charming French accent.

This was a great place to stay 5 minute walk from beach and in walking distance of everything you need. A very quite place to stay

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Great stay! Perfect location. Spotless condition, felt like home. Smelled and looked clean, canal views were perfect, pool was nice as well. Made for a great vacation! Everything you needed was there. Would book again!
