It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

A Central property 2.5 miles from the centre of Scunthorpe. Overlooking playing fields and within walking distance to a large supermarket and 2 pubs. Great large kitchen and spacious lounge 2 large double bedrooms with black out blinds 1 Single bedroom Parking for 2 vans or 4 cars. Ideal for students as John leggott & North Lindsey colleges are less than 1.5 miles away. Great for commuting for Contractors and professionals as the Steelworks is 3 miles away and the Hospital is only 2 miles.

This cosy cottage is located on the High St in Barrow upon Humber. The High street forms the backbone of the historic conservation area. The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a short or extended stay. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
