The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. For the tennis court-just ask for availability The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Ideally located for exploring the many Cotswold villages, historic estates, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor, Daylesford, Diddly Squat Farmshop and more.

Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace, Witney, Kidlington, Oxford all very close & easy travelling to Bicester Village, Diddly Squat Farmshop, The Farmers Dog and Cotswold villages.

Pretty Chocolate Box Thatched Cottage

A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the desirable village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and The Kingham Plough. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. This delightful cottage has been featured in House and Gardens Magazine and also Condé Nast Traveller. A home away from home and only a short 25 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small
