Gorgeous Fully furnished/quipped and freshly remodeled 1bedroom + living room apartment, at only a 4 minutes walk to Long Island Rail Road (30 min ride to NYC) The apt comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, 1 cable TV, 2 AC's (from June to Sept) & WI-FI. Guests are provided with dish soap, sponge, shower gel, shampoo, towels, sheets, blankets, silverware pots,pans and kitchen utensils. The open space will allow you to socialize cooking/having dinner without missing any action :))

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

This is a basement apartment, it has a flat screen TV with cable and with fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom with extra large shower, bed linens and towels are supplied. It is located 4 miles from LIU CW post campus for those parents visiting their children. We are located 35-40 minutes from Manhattan. No public transportation near by.
