The beach is less than 100 meters from the house. Here you can swim, sail cayak or go fishing and you will be standing on the famous Gendarme path.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Two additional bedrooms ,each with a 1.40 m bed, are located on the upper floor. Here is also our wellness area with a bathtub/shower and a sauna.

Outside is a terrace with storage sheds and a loggia upstairs adjacent to both bedrooms. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace is the focal point of the house. There are also storage facilities for bicycles.
