Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Koffie en thee zijn dan inbegrepen maar drankjes in de koelkast zijn tegen betaling (blikjes alcoholische en niet alcoholische drankjes) Het appartement is bovenaan de draaitrap met een schuifdeur afsluitbaar met een knopcilinder. Het is een niet roken appartement en het is niet kindvriendelijk. We hebben ook liever geen huisdieren. De slaapkamer is op de 2e verdieping. Roken mag op het dakterras maar geen canabis!
