Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Our vacation villa offers everything for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has all the comforts and has, among other things, a canopy with a seating area and a fire pit. For the children, there is plenty of fun with their own football field, a playhouse with slide, a trampoline and a ping pong table. At the holiday park itself, there are various facilities, such as a restaurant, a swimming pool, a mini golf course and tennis courts. Everything is available for a perfect vacation!

Oorspronkelijk was Villa Lambertus een pastorie en ligt in het centrum van het kleine rustige dorpje Cromvoirt. Een ideale locatie voor een vriendenweekend, een familieweekend of een zakelijk verblijf in een pand met een geheel eigen, unieke sfeer. De woonkamers en slaapkamers zijn met smaak ingericht en er is een ruime goed geoutilleerde keuken. De tuin heeft een zeer ruime veranda en een heerlijk zwembad met loungehoek.

Our thatched holiday villa in Central Limburg offers everything for a wonderful vacation. A free location on the edge of a park, adjacent to the forest. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with French doors to the veranda and an open kitchen, a hall with toilet and the stairs to the top floor, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
