Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Welcome to our unique aquavilla, located in the Brabant village of De Heen. The pleasure of home in the ideal place to relax from all the hustle and bustle. Relax and especially enjoy the beautiful, green and quiet surroundings! The region offers every opportunity for hiking, cycling, renting a boat (or mooring your own boat), swimming, fishing, golfing... Or use it as a base for visiting Rotterdam, Antwerp, Zeeland. In short, something for everyone!

Peace, space, enjoyment with a view of the water

The house is fully equipped and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cosy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton!
