Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Being almost on the banks of the river ‘Maas’, with its beautiful marshlands and so close to the forest, this is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of nature. Still, the bustling city of ’s Hertogenbosch is only a stone’s throw away. On request, and for an additional fee, we also offer the use of our wood-burning hot tub, sauna and reflexology massage. The country house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Our luxury apartment (60m2), in the converted barn of a beautiful thatched farmhouse, has a separate bedroom (double box spring) with French doors to spacious garden with seats and loungers. The apartment has its own sauna, whirlpool, shower and toilet. And a nice living room & cozy fireplace. If you would like breakfast or to use the sauna, we charge a limited fee (€12.50 p.p. for a luxury breakfast and €50 for the sauna for 2). Minimum stay 2 nights

You have all the possibilities to relax in the cottage with, for example, a movie or series with room service, but you can also choose from many days out with us in the area, such as the Efteling!

De Zandhoef, Delux Kota with private jacuzzi

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. An atmospheric 55-square meters apartment, located on the 9th floor, on the north side of a traditional 1977s building in Eindhoven. Within a 300-meter radius there are more than hundred free parking spaces, several stores, fast food bars and two bus stops. The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.
