A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. Not suitable for parties.

Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

**Recent ratings consistently high since new shower room end of 2019 ** !! Lovely small Victorian home in middle of the seaside town, North Berwick. Close to sea, town centre and train station. Beautiful period features - ceiling roses, Cornicing and stained glass window above door. Lovely new kitchen fitted and shower room. New banister fitted in hall. (Bookings are only for the number of guests booked by Airbnb. Compensation will be sought additional guests).

My place is close to Yellowcraig Beach (one of the best beaches in Scotland), between Gullane and North Berwick. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, rural location, the comfy beds, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. Pet fees are not included in the price you will have already paid.

My apartment is at the west end of the High Street of North Berwick. It is a spacious first and second floor property with the ground floor being The Herringbone, a restaurant/bar . All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!. You’ll love my place because of the location if you want everything nearby. EPC-E

Relax in our beautiful cottage with fantastic views, log burning stove, super king size bed and large walk in shower. Whether you want to be active or just relax, Howden Cottage is a great base to enjoy all the delights of East Lothian. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
