I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. The living room has a new fridge, dining table & chairs, lounge with pull out sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD Blueray. Outdoor area has BBQ with side burner, seating and attractive garden setting.

Comfortable three bedroom home, furnished with modern decor in an ideal quiet location within a 2 minute stroll to Surfside beach, convenience store and the Clyde river. Newly renovated bathroom. Batemans Bay precinct is a leisurely, flat 20 minute stroll across the beautiful Clyde river. Enjoy all that Surfside and Batemans Bay has to offer with some nice restaurants, cafes and pubs overlooking the water. Or perhaps some swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and boating is more your style.

Bushland & Bay near town. 3 bdm/4 beds

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.
