Modern, clean, comfortable, very spacious and well connected apartment. The communication with the host was excellent too. Just be aware that there’s a Climate Resilience Tax (which is stated on the listing) of €8 per night.that is not included on the total price and needs to be paid separately after they accept the reservation. The bedroom window is soundproof but you can still hear a bit of the music from the bar that is right beside the building.

Antonis was accurate, kind and helpful at all times. She has provided maps and useful tourist directions. The house was tidy and clean, having everything you need to spend a repair night to continue your days enjoying the few days in Athens.

Had a wonderful stay in Michael's big apartment. Located in a calm and green part of Marousi, and only a short walk from several supermarkets and smaller shops. The Mall Athens and a metro statio is also very close by. Michael was very welcoming and available at all times.

The accommodation was excellent and the host was very friendly and willing to help as he did in everything. It is a 5-minute walk from the tram and is in a very quiet neighborhood in Maroussi. On the next trip to Athens I will definitely choose it again! Thank you for the hospitality
