Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in North Aegean Region

Xenia is the Best host you can ever have. She offered us early check-in and late check-out as the house was available. The location is great, only a couple of min walk to the beach. The house is fully decorated, with Everything you might need. We did not Cook in the house, but it had a fully equipped kitchen. Above all, Xenia herself was the Best. She prepared little surprises for our daughter and welcomed us like a family member. It was very difficult to say goodbye and we promised a future visit. A must-stay place in karfas.

What an apartment overlooking the sea with no road in front. Every morning we would go out and have a swim in the sea Panagiotis was probably the best host we have ever rented from. Friendly, responsive and super helpful. His family were also lovely We arrived to wine, water, coffee and his mum’s delicious home made jam The flat itself is one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Large outdoor space, beautiful interior and all you would need in terms of amenities from a Airbnb It is walking distance to the port (5 minutes) and Tinos town where you will find supermarkets, bakeries and an abundance of restaurants We will definitely be returning

Comfortable house, with large spaces in an area a little further out of the center, but with a 10-minute walk you can access everything. The house was spotless and fully equipped, with literally nothing missing that the guest needed. The owner is very friendly, with very good and fast communication. Its disadvantages are not related to the house itself, but to the area. The main issues are the difficult parking, and the lack of a sidewalk on the busy street (but these apply to the majority of the houses of Mytilene).

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

Maria and Alexandros were amazing hosts. Always quick to respond in the lead up, and gave very clear instructions on how to reach their apartment. On arrival they both greeted us and gave a quick tour along with some welcome goodies to enjoy whilst on our stay. the apartment iss private and backs onto both a tiny beach and a coastal walking track that takes you to the next town as you walk along the coast. The apartment is 15 mins drive from Evdilos port and is close to numerous beaches along the north and west coast of the island as well as easy driving if you want to venture into areas located up in the mountains. We'll definitely be staying at this apartment again on our next trip to Ikaria.

It was a great stay. Everything in the house was very nice. The house was convenient. It was in the center and within walking distance of everything. The house was spotless. Everything was needed. Thanks for the treats. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The next time we come, it will be our first choice.

Niki's house was very clean and comfortable. The house was clean and smelled nice. Everything was thought of. There was a kettle, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, stove, Turkish coffee machine, air conditioning. Niki was very helpful. She guided us correctly by answering many of our questions. AirBnb misled us about the address. For the information of those who will stay. AirBnb shows Niki's address in the wrong location. Be sure to contact Niki. If you want a comfortable and clean house within a 5-minute walking distance to the city center and the sea, you should definitely choose it.

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

A cozy two-story house in the village. Lots of nice little details in the design. The house has everything you need for life. A car is a must for traveling around the area. The house is located in a traditional village. You can feel the spirit of life of the villagers.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in Petra, Lesvos, as a group of four and were extremely satisfied with everything. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the bathroom was well-stocked, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they were quick to respond to all our questions and made us feel right at home. The internet connection was excellent, perfect for both work and entertainment. The location of the apartment was ideal—within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street, which made it perfect for relaxation. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the comfort of the apartment and the warmth of our host, we had an unforgettable vacation. If we return to Lesvos, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Located in a peaceful location in the middle of olive trees, the home has more than enough to cover everything I might need. Stylish kitchen with new and modern furnishings in the interiors, offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. Galateia and her mother were very helpful to us. Definitely a place I would want to stay again.

As we got to the location Maria was waiting to welcome us. We directly felt this is the place for us to relax and recharge. The house was perfectly located with the most breathtaking view of the deep blue waters of this small amazing almost private bay. It was super clean, perfectly equipped and made with so much love. Maria thought about every little detail which made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The small shop at the reception offered a nice selection of local wines and they were all very tasty. Maria and her assistant were both attentive and helpful, answered every question within minutes and made sure we have all we need. You have to consider that this place is super isolated. You will have to get a car to get some groceries or to get to the next restaurant or cafe. For us it was exceptional to be out of any busy touristic place so we could enjoy the magic of Greek nature to the fullest. We will be back thank you so much for the hospitality Maria.

Eleni's place was great value for money. Located at the perfect little town of armenistis, it was very peaceful but still close to amazing beaches, great restaurants and just a 20min drive from the big town of Evdilos. I would definitely recommend!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

My time there was wonderful, everything was as planned and expected. Archondoula offered me to go to a festival at the top of the mountain and her uncle drove us. Thank you again. The music there was very authentic. The location of the apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of the beautiful alleys, right on the harbor and close to the springs. You are in the middle of Greek life, sometimes you hear the school bell and the normal people in your everyday life. The roof terrace is wonderful for the morning coffee, when the sun comes, a sunscreen would be helpful here. I would give this to Archondoula as a suggestion again. Everything else is perfect.

We had a great time in Kampos. The apartment is very clean, in a good location and has all the necessary amenities. Communication with Nikolaos is easy.
