Apartment holiday rentals in North Aegean Region

This is an absolute gem and I am devastated I couldn't stay much much longer. The flat is massive, the view is insane, Konstantinos is a gentleman and quite frankly, I am only sad to write such a glowing review because then other people will discover it and I won't be able to book it again. I will absolutely be returning.

Xenia is the Best host you can ever have. She offered us early check-in and late check-out as the house was available. The location is great, only a couple of min walk to the beach. The house is fully decorated, with Everything you might need. We did not Cook in the house, but it had a fully equipped kitchen. Above all, Xenia herself was the Best. She prepared little surprises for our daughter and welcomed us like a family member. It was very difficult to say goodbye and we promised a future visit. A must-stay place in karfas.

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful location! From the apartment there are amazing views of the ocean, the village below which runs up the mountain, and of course the surrounding mountains. Exploring the village by foot is a must! There are many things to discover here, and the village square at night is bustling with locals who wander down to socialise with each other, sharing a drink or a meal at the local cafe/bars/tavernas. One of our favourites was the taverna Mantouvala which is next to and overlooks the ocean, fantastic views and great food. Our hosts Irini & her husband Foti are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming, not only to the apartment, but also to their home. They are a great source of information about the local culture and will recommend many things to see and do. If you're looking for and authentic Greek island escape without the large tourist crowds, then we would recommend a visit to Karavostimo. We would come here again without hesitation!

A small village that is as if taken from fairy tales. A place that belongs to a different time. Everything is simple, the taverna is close by with great people. From the forest that surrounds the village you hear the call of the owl and the white night. Marked walking paths allow for an hour-long or even 8-hour route. Ancient terraces all around. The house is shaded and cozy. Wind caresses because of the location which is relatively high. But not too high, only 350 meters. Short drive time to the nearby beach. For those who want a little more action, it is recommended to go to the pithagoreio to the boat dock, there are performances of jazz composition and also of the Greek music ensemble.

Nikos is the perfect host and the house had a very good style right next to the pedestrian area of Chora.

I really enjoyed my stay at Giorgos. The view of the sea and the sunsets directly on the private terrace are uniquely beautiful! I also particularly liked the studio inside, as the furniture was of high quality and the many solid wood make a nice indoor climate. I also found it very quiet. Since I worked online during my time at the property, a good internet connection was important to me. Giorgos confirmed to me in advance that the speed was 24 Mbps and the internet was fast and stable throughout, which I appreciated very much. The kitchen is small, but very well thought out and has everything you need for cooking. Giorgos himself is really extraordinarily friendly and attentive. He even offered me extra warm blankets when the temperatures got cooler. I would have loved to extend my stay - unfortunately it didn't work out this time, but I hope to return for a longer period of time soon!

We really enjoyed stay at this apartment! The communication with hosts was great, the location is perfect and even if the equipment of the apartment is bit older it is still great deal for the price. The balcony with sea view in particular was amazing!

Arrived at home, unwind, take the view of the bay and the tranquility, relax in the barbounaki, relax on the beaches. This is where you can leave the German everyday life behind.

Such a beautiful place! The sea in front of you and the best cafe with the nicest people right next door. Tavern also within walking distance, apartment is a nice size and a great balcony.

Second time we are visiting Olga’s place and all I can say is that she’s an amazing host. She even got us a mattress topper for my husband’s bad back. She’s very friendly and welcoming. She always brings us eggs wine or produce from her farms. The place has an amazing sea view &sunset. It’s quiet and very private. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Perfect spot for people who seek serenity. Also many choices to dine in the nearby towns and produce stores a couple miles away with all you need. Locals are very helpful and friendly. Icaria is the place to be especially in low season months if you seek peace & quiet, scenic mountain and sea drives and amazing crystal blue waters to swim. Thank you Olga for hosting us and hope to see you again.

This is a really superb location in a lovely village! Just nearby the beach/sea, good restaurants, friendly people, and during our stay at the end of april very quit and no crowded tourism. A perfect central place for exploring the western part of Samos. If you go, don’t forget to visit nextdoors local olive soap factory!!

It was a great stay. Everything in the house was very nice. The house was convenient. It was in the center and within walking distance of everything. The house was spotless. Everything was needed. Thanks for the treats. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The next time we come, it will be our first choice.

We stayed in a very nice and clean house. The view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. There could be some additions in the kitchen. Like extra glasses, cutting board.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

We had an amazing stay! Antonis picked us up from the ferry and gave some recommendations for the area. The apartment is super cute and the area perfect. You have a supermarket in walking distance and nice coffee shops, restaurants. This was the perfect place for some days on the island to explore (by car). They were super flexible with check in and check out times, which was amazing due to ferry times. We would always come back to this place. Thank you!

Stayed 3 nights at yorgos place. The apartment is in a very nice location few minutes drive to the beaches and in the heart of beautiful countryside. Apt is clean and modern. The hot tub is a great plus. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Blue Gres was an amazing find! The place was very well-equipped, squeaky clean and even better than the pictures. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Tinos.
