Eget litet men mysigt boende med separat ingång som ligger i nära anslutning till vårat egna boende. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt villaområde med närhet av bad och natur. Pool finns och man kan bada inom vissa tider så man inte stör grannar sent på kvällen. Tillgång till brygga ca 100 meter från boendet. Parkering 1 bil i anslutning till boendet.
