From the apartment it is walking distance to all city amenities. Short distance to the grocery store, the library, Inner quay, Haraldsgata, the market mall, the festival, Edda cinema, the college, the hospital, sports facilities and hiking areas. The 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building built around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee shop in the library park.

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.
