Cabin holiday rentals in Nordland

Great place, spotless clean and everything is brand new ! Some disadvantages are that place is really small(bedrooms has no cabinets as there is no space for them) and kitchen is also limited. You can see it from the pictures, though. The upper floor has no door as well. So there are 2 separate bedrooms only. All the rest is great, communication is fast and helpful, view and locations are amazing, hot tub was used every day! Amazing =)

Wir durften 8 Tage in Kathrines wunderschönem Haus verbringen. Die Lage, Ruhe und Aussicht sind einmalig. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, weshalb auch ein Regentag kein Problem darstellt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sodass man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Besonders zu erwähnen sind hier der Kaffeevollautomat sowie der Sodastream. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Stressless Sessel im Wohnzimmer laden zum Relaxen ein. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht ist phänomathenal. Kathrine reagiert innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Rückfragen und gibt auch proaktiv Informationen weiter. So hat sie uns über den stattfindenden Artic Run informiert, wo wir die Gelegenheit hatten, sie kennenzulernen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir haben die Tage im Haus von Kathrine und Glenn total genossen und hoffen, dass wir im Winter wiederkommen können.

Superbe logement qui dispose d'une magnifique vue sur le fjord et d'un bain nordique fonctionnel dès notre arrivée. Tout était parfait, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons sans une once d'hésitation.

We had two wonderful weeks in this cozy cabin at this very special place: We loved the view from the cabin onto the see, the short walk to the rocks to see the sunset, the kajaking between the tiny islands, the evenings in the outdoor bathtub, the hikes up to bolgtinden, through bolgborra and around the island, the bouldering behind the cabin, the slackline between the trees, the snorkeling in the bay... It is really a perfect place on an amazing island. Furthermore the cabin could not be better equipped and Edle Catharina is a very caring host, who explains everything in great detail. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

Wow, what an amazing experience we had! The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The location was very good and calm, not far away from Leknes Airport. The whirlpool was pure luxury and the view over the mountains and the sea felt like a dream. The communication with Linda was very fast and easy.

This was our first time in Lofoten. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We wish we could have spent more time in the chairs, looking out the windows, but unfortunately had too much to do. We did tons of driving, but it was a great location for us.

Unser Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft war einfach nur toll. Es war alles da, was man braucht nach einer „anstrengenden“ Reise über die Lofoten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und es ist mehr als sauber! Es sind viele Spiele vorhanden und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Malin ist sehr aufmerksam, das ganze Haus ist sehr detailliert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Malin war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt, innerhalb von kürzester Zeit gab es eine Antwort. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett und ein Babystuhl vorhanden. Vielen Dank, Malin! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Great cosy place, small kitchen but everything you might need :) lovely hikes nearby and fun pool table and ping pong in the shed next to the house.

We loved staying in the adorable cabin! The location was perfect, and we loved the way the whole place was decorated. We all wanted to move in!

Ein grossrtiger Ort um Ferien zu machen. Gemütlich, ruhig, inmitten der Natur. Einzigartig! Die verschiedenen Wanderungen rund um die Hütte waren wunderbar.

This cabin is THE best place I’ve stayed in! It had all things necessary for a comfortable living, it took us half an hour to figure out stuff but once we got the hang of it, it was just magical. Birger and Martin are excellent hosts, the collection they have at this place is unmatched and something which impressed me a lot. 11/10 recommended!

What perfect little house on a stunning location. The cabin is very cosy and all we whished for. Ginsoya is very beautifull and quiet en from the cabin you have amazing view on the mountains and the sea. It was hard to leave!

We could grow old in this lovely cabin. It was an absolute joy to stay there, and it was heartbreaking to leave… We saw gorgeous birds and a fox! Ultimate relaxation in the evenings… And I could go on…

SÅ sjarmerende og hvilepulsfremkallende å være på lille Sanna, i dette lille hvite huset. Enkelt, men stemningsfullt, autentisk og sjarmerende i herlige omgivelser. Ingen dusj, så det ble å bade i havet som var super-nice på ei hvit strand under de særegne fjellene Træna er så kjent for. Fyrte med ved om kveldene, kaffe i solveggen om dagene. Koste meg fullstendig glugg forderva. Verten er hyggelig og tilgjengelig og vil det beste for sin gjest. Jeg ville ikke dra der ifra og jeg vil definitivt tilbake til søte, spektakulære Sanna. En øy som er noe helt for seg selv. Tusen takk for dagene, jeg følte meg bare uendelig heldig fra jeg kom og til jeg dro. Sanna er også visuell, så er morsomt å være der for den som liker å ta bilder, kanskje tegne eller male. Skrive. Bare være. Her flyr både gode tanker - og ørn - fra morgen til kveld. Ble bittelitt forelska. Været veksler hyppig, og disse vekslingene likte jeg godt. På gjensyn, håper jeg 🥰

A great stay, everything very peaceful, the scenery beautiful, the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Just what we were looking for.

Kaunis ja käytännöllinen asunto, vastikään remontoitu ja putipuhdas. Tord oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä ja saimme häneltä hyviä vinkkejä kalastukseen. Lämmin suositus, toivottavasti voimme palata joskus tänne!

Schöne Unterkunft, in guter Lage, zwischen Henningsvaer und Svolvær. Sehr ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastisk hytte! Perfekt for hyttetur med familien og gjengen. Fin og moderne hytte med fantastisk utsikt. Alt man trenger alt tilrettelagt!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we gehad in de rorbu van Astrid. Sfeervol ingericht, lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige omgeving, heerlijk rustig, fantastisch eigen terras aan het water en de start van een mooi wandelpad op de hoek. Vanuit de rorbu of vanaf het terras kon je de vissersboten aan en af zien varen. Fijne plek om helemaal tot rust te komen.

Thank you Karin and Arild for the most wonderful stay at your beautiful home! It was so nice to meet you both in person, and to receive your warm hospitality :) We love the peace and tranquility of the location, and enjoyed reading and gazing out by the huge windows here. This is our first time in Norway and Lofoten, and we'll definitely be back one day!

Die einzigartige Lage und Ruhe hat uns begeistert. Kari war sehr proaktiv und hat uns mit Informationen und Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Ein paar Snacks standen auch für uns bereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das kleine Ruderboot durften wir nutzen. Die Sauna mit Panoramablick ist super. Die Campingdusche war okay. Sie ist portabel und man kann sich auch draußen damit duschen. Wünschenswert wäre ein größerer Wasserdruck in der Küche und im Bad. Dort kommt das Wasser direkt aus dem Bach. Trinkwasser haben Kari & Inge in Kanistern zur Verfügung gestellt. Für eine einsame Hytte am Fjord ist sie gut ausgestattet.

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is so calm, and the views onto the lake never got old. We were here in May and loved watching the light change around the lake and mountains in the distance late into the night. It’s stunning - and such a relaxing place to stay with our family. The house has everything you could need and Tanja is a perfect host. It’s also an excellent position to explore the south, and worth the extra bit of driving for such a peaceful place to stay. I hope we get the chance to come back to the Lofoten Islands, and if we do we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
