Wir haben uns viel Zeit genommen, für ein anspruchsvolles und stilvolles Ergebnis, damit ihr euch wie Zuhause fühlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Die ebenerdige Ferienwohnung Christa ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit ca. 120 qm Wohnraum für bis zu 8 Personen. Es gibt drei separate Schlafzimmer. Zwei davon mit Doppelbett, das andere mit Einzelbetten. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im großzügigen Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für weitere 2 Personen.

The house by the walnut tree is a tastefully furnished vacation home, renovated with building biology materials, very well equipped and in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the romantic old town and a small lake. The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.
