Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangerie and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum, everything can be reached in a few minutes. It has a separate entrance just for our guests. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
