Our guesthouse, featuring original historic features, is located in Gees, in an ancient sheepfold that forms part of our farm dating back to 1748. It is a two-person guest accommodation with a living area and kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. Through the garden doors you have access to the private terrace. Right from the accommodation, there are plenty of walking and cycling options in the beautiful natural surroundings of Gees. A walk through the centuries-old village with its Saxon farms is also recommended.

You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

Our "Walachei" is a special truss under thatch on an idyllic estate with a garden and small lake. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for a break with friends or family. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.
