Close access to Gålå, Peer Gynts kingdom, Fefor with its magical places. Rondane is about 30 drive. Great hiking opportunity summer and winter. Fefor and Gålå have alpine slopes and great ski trails. Peer Gynt The game is played at Gålå, 5 km from here. And not least, the ground! The motor sports arena is 5km away. Jordalen jumping hill is about 7 km.

Welcome to Sønsterud – a cozy, newly renovated little red house on the historic Øya farm in beautiful Gudbrandsdalen! It has a unique history. The Øya farm has served as a guesthouse since the 1800s. It is located only 5 min. drive from Vinstra centrum with shopping facilities, and 20 min. drive from ski slopes. The house has beds for 5 to 6 guests (if 2 children) and has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom, living room w. 140 cm sofabed and a big veranda. Bed linen/towels included.

Own Mountain Pub can also be found on site. Our SagaFjøl is very popular, a taste of the mountain consisting of cheese and sausage. No dog is allowed in these cottages. Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
