The cabin is located at Viken Fjellgård, an hour from Lillehammer, right by the idyllic Espedalsvatnet, 720 metres above sea level, and Langsua National Park. Here you can find peace and quiet, swim, paddle, visit mines, or go for walks. It is a short distance to the high mountains with many hiking opportunities, or you can walk from the farm along the water, on paths in the woods and fields. There is a cosy outdoor area with a fire pit on the jetty by the boathouse, and there is a swimming beach on the other side. Our guests can use our two boats and canoe freely, and we lend out two fishing rods.

Gålå is an old tourist destination in rapid development. Snow-proof, 630 km of ski slopes and alpine slopes. Gålå Handel which has "everything", and Gålå Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Røsslyngstua Café is open and with delicious food on the menu. In summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, Høyt og Lavt climbing park, frisbee golf and open mountain pastures at Solbråsetra where the local woman Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdal cheese in 1863. There is more culture: Peer Gynt Festival in July/August, Rondaståk in June and a short distance to the Country Festival in Vinstra

About 1 hour from Lillehammer and 200 meters from Espedalsvannet.

Guest cabin with electricity and hot and cold water at Furusjøen, Kvamsfjellet. The cabin is located in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, ski slopes and a lake. It is located on a property with another cabin that the owner uses. There is a road all the way to the door, even in winter. The cabin has an open-plan design with a kitchen, living room and double bed. There is a private bathroom with a shower. Heating via electricity and/or wood-burning stove. There is access to firewood on site. Electric car charger A rowboat can be used by arrangement with the owner.

Gålå is a great family destination with lots of activities for the whole family. The place is especially known for a long ski season with good ski slopes, the Peer-gynt game, and many opportunities for biking in the summer.

New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Innan ein times køyretur kan du oppleve Galdhøpiggen, Besseggen og Rondeslottet. Det beste av norsk natur - rett utanfor døra.

Varden er en helt ny hytte med 4 soverom, 2 bad og badstue. Den ligger ved den kjente Peer Gynt veien, mellom Kvitfjell, Skei og Gålå. Gudbrandsdal leirskole, som fungerer som fjellstue i alle ferieperioder, ligger like ved. Da er også kafeen åpen. Kano, sykkel og skileie er mulig. På Fagerhøy er det fantastiske muligheter for et aktivt friluftsliv. Merkede vandre stier og sykkelruter. På vintertid er det 600 km skiløyper i alle retninger. Her er du virkelig på fjellet, 1018 moh.
