Relax with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. Rostøl is a charming cottage yard with three cottages. From the living room window you have a great view of Rondane, with Veslesmeden and Storesmeden on the horizon. About 2.5 km further inland along the road you have Furusjøen. Here you can swim, fish or rent a boat. In summer there are a lot of hiking opportunities, both for walking and cycling. Lots of well-maintained trails and tracks. In winter, you have a ski slope a stone's throw away. We don't have electric car chargers. It is available in Kvam.

Enjoy wonderful days in the mountains with a fantastic view of Rondane to the north and Jotunheimen to the west. A perfect starting point for trips all year round. Strap on your skis right outside the cabin wall, or hop on your bike for miles of hiking opportunities. We also have a canoe for free use on the nearby Årvillingen. After the trip, you can relax in the lovely sauna. The cabin is spacious, well-maintained and contains everything you need for unforgettable days in one of Norway's most beautiful mountain areas in Rondane National Park.

New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

At Toppastranda, your family can stay close to everything Gålå has to offer. The cabin is a simple charming cabin that has everything you need. It is located by the road, well shielded with stunning views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. The cabin is centrally located for both summer and winter activities. Gålå is a great family destination with lots of activities for the whole family. The place is especially known for a long ski season with good ski slopes, the Peer-gynt game, and many opportunities for biking in the summer.

Charming little guest cabin on a secluded cabin plot, with a stunning panoramic view of Rondane. Perfect starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. Drive right up (subject to accessibility in the winter months); free EV charging in front of the cabin. Two off-road bikes available. Climb mountain peaks, fish your own dinner, drink water straight from the well, and enjoy peace and quiet in the fresh mountain air. The guest cabin offers 4 beds and is best suited for a couple, singles, two friends, or a small family.

Washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Fenced outdoor area with a terrace, lawn, and sandbox. Private parking with an EV charger. Peaceful setting, easy access to ski trails, mountains, and fishing lakes, as well as hiking/cycling routes. Perfect for recharging and exploring nature.

Gålå - Panoramic views of Gålåvatnet & Jotunheimen

Cozy cottage with all facilities, 9 beds, fantastic location with good sun conditions and panoramic views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and cycling in summer and in winter the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine facility. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.

Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.

Note: Due to big variations in the electricity prices we need to calculate the electricity for each stay. The electricity allowance of 100 NOK per day are included in your price. Excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay
