Stayed in this three-room apartment during a trip to Armenia — I liked everything very much! The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy, fully corresponds to the photos. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay — from dishes to bed linen. The location is convenient: there are shops, cafes and attractions nearby. The hosts are friendly and always in touch, check-in was quick and without problems. We only have positive impressions — we recommend it!

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, super clean, and really cozy. The building is brand new, and the apartment felt very fresh and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Yerevan. It felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was friendly, responsive, and made self check-in super easy. I really appreciated their quick replies to my questions.

We enjoyed our stay in Mourad's apartment. The bed and bedding were comfortable in our opinion, there is a big food court and grocery store across the street that has lots of great options, we ate there a lot. The apartment has windows that provide good light and views. Overall, it was just what we needed. Thank you
