Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Ons VRIJSTAANDE huis hebben wij totaal gerenoveerd. Het heeft een tuin op het zuiden met veel privacy. Lekker eten buiten, een bakje koffie in het ochtendzonnetje, een boek lezen in de hangstoel op de veranda, het kan allemaal. Er is plek voor 2 auto's. In de schuur kunt u uw fietsen stallen. De woonkamer heeft veel ruimte en is licht door de meerdere openslaande deuren. Boven zijn er 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Het is gelegen op vakantiepark de witte raaf, dichtbij strand en duinen.

The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with boxspring beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.
