Summers outside at the BBQ on the veranda with a drink. Walk through the woods and fields in autumn. In winter you can enjoy reading by the wood-burning stove. In spring, enjoy the first sun and the fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birdies whistle you awake and the deer sometimes come close to the home.

The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can comfortably enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace comes with a garden set and a sunshade. Bikes can be stored (charged) in a private covered bike shed.

The Koetshuis has been completely renovated, so that it meets all the requirements of today. The prerequisite was that the grandeur of past times would not be lost. You did it! It's spacious, bright, and homely, and actually you don't want to leave. From the lounge sofa or the designer armchair in the living room, you have a sublime view of the garden and the canal. When the weather is nice, you open the garden doors and walk to your own terrace or through your private garden.

Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. On the sleeping loft (accessible with a ladder) there are two mattresses for e.g. children from 4 years. The "older bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you overlook the property with loose poultry, flower pots and various seats.

We were there for a weekend with 4 adults and 2 children and it was great. The house is as described and in the photos and everything necessary is available. From baby beds to high chairs, toys and firewood. The garden is incredibly beautifully located with direct access to the lake. There are loungers, SUPs, an air mattress, a fireplace and a pizza oven. Only the weather let us down a bit - but Suzan can't do anything about that :)

We had a very nice stay, everything was neatly taken care of. We were quickly and kindly helped with the TV and the hot tub! Great garden where you can enjoy the sun, the greenery and the animals from the area! Definitely recommended, who knows, we might come back!

Perfect little place with expansive view! Everything you need is there, even though It is quite compact. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. Frank is very easy to communicate with. It feels super safe. We didn’t have a car and cycled everywhere on Dutch bikes. Some nice restaurants within cycling distance. Gorgeous countryside one way, the town and supermarkets the other. We would love to come back!

We've spent great time in Geesteren thanks to our lovely hosts. We wanted to spend few days in a peaceful, quiet place - and that's exactly what we've got. We loved the way the owners decorated the apartment - patchworks add the beautiful rustic touch to the interior of 'modern barn'. The most enjoyable part of our stay was observing the animals and birds passing by the meadow, especially deer and green woodpeckers :) And the night sky view - unforgettable. We would love to come back one day, hopefully for a bit longer. Highly reccomend to anyone who wants to slow down a little for few days :D

What a wonderful 2.5 week we were allowed to stay in Diepenheim. In our period there were many fun activities in and around the village, including the Schuttersfeest (recommended🥳). Restaurant, snack bar, ice cream parlor and the Spar etc within mini walking distance. Hosts are very helpful and cool people to meet you. For now and again. 👌🏻
