Very central in Friedrichshafen - waterside promenade, train station, restaurants, bakery, supermarket and ships are reachable in a few minutes' walk. It is only about 5 km to the fair and the airport. Ideal for holidaymakers, business travelers and trade fair visitors. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

Here you will be enthroned high up with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Ideal for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is not far away either. The beautiful, long riverside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 min.) will take you to the city.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops for daily needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private car parking space, lockable bicycle cellar and air conditioning.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
