This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Andrea’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it has a lovely private courtyard. Location is great, plenty of bars and restaurants walking distance, and close to a tube station. The apartment is also filled with all the necessary facilities - iron, hair dryer and cooking tools. Andrea was a great host, super responsive. We highly recommend his apartment to other guests!

Absolutely loved our stay at Roberta’s Airbnb in Brera—again! This was our second time staying here, and somehow we love it even more each time. Roberta is a truly wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made a big difference for our travel plans. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and cozy—exactly what you want when staying in Milan. It’s beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and located in the heart of Brera, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan.

We had a lovely stay, it’s obvious a lot of care and thought has been put into this home. Caria and Mauro were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We got to use the private parking on the premises, which was a huge plus for us. It was easy to take the metro into the city centre. If we ever go back to Milan, we’d love to stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement von Giulia hat von Anfang an reibungslos funktioniert. Der Check-in wurde klar geregelt und war sogar früher möglich als angegeben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Wohnung sah haargenau aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war und war ebenfalls äußerst sauber. Alle angegebenen Features der Wohnung (z.B. Kamin, Fernseher) haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Mailand und hatten auch keinerlei Schwierigkeiten beim Check-out. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken für die tolle Zeit, die Gastfreundschaft und freundliche Art von Giulia. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😁

The apartment is very convenient for the Metro and there are plenty of local bars and restaurants. We ate at a restaurant near the centre and were back at the apartment within just a few stops on the Metro. This is a very stylish, light and airy space. We all slept comfortably, even though the children were in the main bedroom and we took the sofabed. We absolutely loved the beautiful terrace, lined with verdant plants and shrubs: a calm haven away from the hustle and bustle of Milan's vibrant streets. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. My son was delighted to find the Eragon book series on the shelf, too. Home from home.

This Airbnb was beyond gorgeous.. The views were just absolutely breathtaking and it was nice to be on the local side of Lake Como.. our host made great recommendations.. and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. Our host was absolutely so kind and we really enjoyed meeting her.. thank you for being flexible and just a great host. We would definitely will be back.

The apartment was a perfect base for our 3 night trip to Milan. Fulvio was very attentive, friendly and professional host. Great local recommendations. The apartment was clean, beautiful and spacious for 4 adults. The terrace was a cherry on the top - amazing! Would strongly recommend a stay at Fulvio’s beautiful apartment.

Nadia ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die immer sehr schnell reagiert! Sie hat uns sehr spät eingecheckt- unser Flug war sehr spät. Am Abreisetag durften wir länger bleiben- das war so lieb! Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof. Ich liebe ihre Wohnung, es war alles da was man braucht! Nadia war so lieb und hatte uns Wein, Wasser, Kaffee, Nudeln Saft und Kekse hingestellt. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt! Danke für die perfekte Zeit!!! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Felt right at home in this space! Loved the terrace, very large comfortable bed and spacious it looks. Super convenient taking the metro because of the walking distance, many restaurants in the area and found a beautiful park 5 mins away. A situation occured where we had no access to contact Monica, spoke to neighbours and they were able to call her for us. She came by 15 mins later to help us out. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again the next time im in Milan!

Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of space. Loved the balcony off the kitchen too. We found the location very handy as it is close to Centrale train station and also only a few stops on the metro to Duomo. We even walked to Duomo one day and it was a comfortable 20 minutes. There are lots of supermarket choices around, particularly loved that Aldi was only a block away. The only thing to note is that both the lounge room and bedroom have very sheer curtains so in summer the rooms were still very light with late sunset and early sunrise. No problem for us as we always travel with eye shades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

We absolutely loved our stay in Milan! Sergio, Daniela, and Pasquale were extremely responsive and gave us endless recommendations on shopping, what to do, and where to eat throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the place was very tidy and prepared for our stay. Our favorite part of the place was the balcony. It was so nice to spend time together outside and enjoy a drink and the scenery. Also, the AC was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful visit! We can’t wait to come back!

Giovanni was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive, proactive and always willing to help. We had a number of questions about the area throughout our week long stay and was happy to assist however he could. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views… even better in person! There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance (the Bar across the street was particularly great for breakfast!). We would recommend having a car while you are there as the ferry service is a bit frustrating to navigate (especially as a non-local). Parking is paid during the high season, but usually easy to find a spot (there is a small lot directly across the street). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Giovanni is a great host.
