Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Noli

This was, undoubtedly, the most memorable AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Firstly, the accommodation itself was perfect for us (and our 2 small dogs). It was clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The beautiful garden was also a huge bonus, with a breathtaking view of the Belbo valley (and you can even see the snow-capped Alps on a clear day). The location of Casa Vittoria is also perfect - Feisoglio is a delightful little town, with masses to do in the surrounding area. From truffles, vineyards & locally made hazelnut products, to wildlife and walking, and a wealth of cultural experiences, this special spot has something for everyone. But, to top everything off, special mention must go to our host, Giuseppina. She is a truly lovely human being, full of warmth and generosity, whilst also being very professional. She, and her amazing family, all made us feel so at home and welcome in Italy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this truly special place to anyone!

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Excellent stay in Barbara's apartment, the small village is very picturesque and full of charm. The view from the apartment is incredible, over the entire bay, and the terrace allows you to quietly enjoy this panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is very well decorated, tasteful, and has all the necessary amenities. You have to park 5 minutes away, which keeps the village quiet, but finding a place has never been a problem. A recommended address for a romantic stay! Several quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity and plenty of walks to do.

A beautiful apartment in the midst of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No hustle and bustle, just nature and animal sounds, good for relaxing and lingering. Manuela put a lot of effort into putting together a great book with local excursion and rest stops. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, it was great.

We (2) really enjoyed this lovely house with wonderful views. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, air conditioning is only in the master bedroom but that was sufficient. Our host Viviana was very forthcoming with tips for the area. She warned us before our booking about the upcoming renovation at the neighbours that could start at any moment and actually started, but we did not experience any inconvenience. Highly recommended to get to know the Lande region better.

The stay was magical. Andreas Haus is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet on holiday, Andrea's house is the right place for you. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very inviting. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. Along the coastal road, there are many beautiful places to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, even the fireflies compete with the stars. I can only recommend this enchanting home to everyone. We spent a week in Yvonne's beautiful apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is superbly equipped and tastefully and comfortably furnished. But the best thing is the view from the balcony! Here we spent many evenings. The apartment is a good starting point for a variety of activities. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, some hiking trails start right in front of the house and by train you only need a good hour from Alassio to Genoa. Ruben welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. He was also always available for questions. We highly recommend it!

This place was exceptional. We booked the day before, and Monia was super responsive and helpful. Everything was as described, clean, beautiful, and as pictured. The pool was amazing, kid friendly and the views are unbeatable. While the beach is within walking distance (walked down and back with a 3 year old!) there were about 1587 steps so prepare yourself! We would definitely book this place again. Parking was easy, and secure. Building is beautiful. If I could give this six stars, I would!

Magnificent view from the terrace, well-equipped kitchen and very clean accommodation. A bus to Monaco runs twice an hour, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Just great! Would book again and again.

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. The apartment is perfect and worked well for 3 people having their own space. It is in a great location next to the beach and train station. Alessandro was very nice and communicative and tended to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

An ideal apartment for a wonderful stay and total rest, with an exceptional view of the coast, proximity to the sea, the convenience of parking. Alessandra was very kind, she welcomed us with a beautiful smile giving us all the necessary information and was always available to give us directions if needed. The apartment is well organized, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need. The coast is wonderful, the sea is beautiful, there are great restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended!

What. A. View! Great location with some great wineries within walking distance. Felt right at home amongst the vines. Will have to drive to La Morra for the supermarket and cafe espresso, but even the short drive there is beautifully scenic. Great kitchen to prepare and enjoy your meals with some freshly purchased wine admiring the view. A unique experience and stay!

We had a great short break in Tilda's apartment. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and has a great sea view from the balcony. We didn't lack anything in terms of amenities. In addition, the contact with Tilda was always friendly and she responded very quickly. She was also flexible at check-in and was very accommodating to us.

This is a unique and beautiful place to stay to explore to Genoa. The appartment was pristine of high quality. The "Palace" is absolutely gorgeous and even nicer than the photographs. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace also. To complete the stay...the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay and give many recommendations for local restaurants and experiences. Highly Recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. The city center of Finalborgo is just a short walking distance. We did have some issues finding the right house with Google Maps because of the one way street, after that the self check in was well described and really easy.

Vanessa was always available, although we booked very spontaneously. She was very nice and punctual as well as flexible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And the garage is very practical and the courtyard quiet and beautiful with a small cafe. Unfortunately, the street is noisy. But for one night, it's okay.

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.
