We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very well taken care of. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very satisfied with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

Jose and Isabel are very good hosts, they always sent and answered messages quickly. We felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is very good and you can reach a lot from there on foot. A bakery and a supermarket are about 3 minutes' walk away, a fish shop just across the street and a butcher a few meters away. Good restaurants are also nearby. The marina is right on the doorstep and the beach can be reached in about 300 metres. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. We highly recommend the apartment and also the location, as there are many possibilities for excursions (mountains in the hinterland, Santander nearby) and the beach. The apartment is in the city center, so basically everything is reachable by foot. Javier is a really great host - he gave us recommendations for restaurants around the apartment and even forwarded our check-in, so we could immediately get into the apartment after arriving. Overall, everything was as he mentioned it in the description and we enjoyed our stay.

The stay was fantastic and Maria was charming at all times. We spent a few days super comfortable in your accommodation. If we had to say something to improve, it would be the quality of the mattress and pillow in the master bedroom. In any case, we 100% recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much Maria

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us on the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. There are several car parks around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish, is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

Me and my dad had the best time at Maria’s. The apartment was so clean and well presented - everything you could possibly need was there from cotton pads to blankets! We would recommend this place to anyone! We had great wine and tapas in local restaurants. We especially loved dos Calles for their tortilla and wine! Thank you Maria and co for your hospitality you made these few days so amazing. We definitely will be back!!!!! Holly x

We had a great time at Blanca's lovely apartment overlooking the town and harbour. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fantastic terrace overlooking the town and harbour and the same view from the main bed! It is very quiet - just the sounds of birds and the occasional sheep or cow! Blanca is a great communicator and gave us loads of tips on where to go in the area, and where to eat - very helpful The town is full of cafes bars and restaurants so lots of choice there. The beaches to the east are phenomenal - miles of sand with what seems like constant surf. You can walk to the nearest one although we drove! And the mountains are very close so some great drives and views, and all the roads hereabouts are devoid of much traffic as everyone is using the motorway A really lovely place and we were sorry to leave - would recommend Oh yeah there is a piano in the flat but we don't play unfortunately

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details on arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

Staying with Teresa was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many things to do in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
