Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Super friendly and attentive hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problems. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

Accommodation as described, very practical and functional with everything you need. The host was very close and attentive to us. A place with views of the Suances estuary, in a fantastic and central area of main roads.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

The house is completely renovated but respecting the aesthetics that it surely had years ago. Well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there are few neighbours to disturb or be disturbed by. You can walk down to the village if you like to walk, but if you're going shopping, it's better to have a car. A place to be quiet in the middle of nature. A success and I'm sure we'll be back more often

We had a lovely stay in Somo. The apartment was very well equipped and the terrace was very nice. The proximity to the beach and the quietness of the neighborhood were very nice. Finally, the hosts who live in the main house were very kind and friendly without being too invasive. A big thank you to everyone for hosting us. If we come back to Somo we will rent here again.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

The apartment is great and we really liked that it included parking as it is a busy area, especially in summer. Communication with Bea was good. The location 10/10. The only thing is that there is a little noise at night from the bars in the area.

it is a great place with a lot of privacy and a sublime view. The surroundings were also beautiful everywhere. The WiFi in the cottage was super stable. The nearest village of Selaya is about 25 minutes drive on a beautiful road. It has enough shops for normal shopping. Even a separate bakery with delicious bread. If we get the chance, we would definitely go there again.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even food is partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a crib for our little one, as well as all doors and windows extra secured. However, what you should know is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means some workout every day and unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but the shutters are dark. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality left something to be desired with strong chlorine taste, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and surroundings for a stay as a family.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful appartment. We were two families. The location is great, too. Everything in walking distance. Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets. Alfonso was very helpful and responsive.

It was a wonderful stay, the hosts were very kind and always very attentive, as well as recommending many very good places The apartment is great as it looks in the photos, everything is very clean, you feel at home. Without a doubt, I would repeat, 100% recommended.

We went to spend a few days at Pilar's house and we felt at home. She was super nice to us and the house was super nice. It is completely recommended, also considering its easy access to the beach. Undoubtedly an experience to repeat.

Small apartment with a lot of charm, we thank adelia and her husband for the welcome, we had trouble finding them, we called them and they moved very late. despite the language barrier we were able to communicate properly. we also thank them for the information for restaurant outings and other. we had a wonderful weekend . thank you .

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel at home. The neighbors of the building where it is very friendly. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

The apartment is fantastic. It is spacious with plenty of storage and amenities. It had a working washing machine with facilities to dry on the balcony - this was useful as we had been travelling beforehand. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t use, however, it looked clean and very inviting! The area is perfect. A lovely coastal walk nearby and a place to generally chill overlooking the sea. The host gave very clear photos and instructions of how to check in etc. The only slight negative would be the check in time, which was 5pm. I feel this is quite late in terms of other properties. We were able to check in around 4pm which helped.

We had a great stay in Maria's appartement, it is centrally located in Ajo and plenty of options arround to enjoy. Would stay here again.

Maria is very lucky to have a VIP home. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent our days and nights with the blinds up watching the field for every window you will look at. The house upon arrival was as if it was yours, collected, clean and with everything Maria had told us. The sheets and towels are put by us, but I always make it easier for us to put them on her, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little one. The location of the apartment was ideal, 3 minutes from the walking center and 5 from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The large garage with a direct elevator to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98 m and came in! (in case someone serves the information). We certainly loved it.

The place was very clean. It is a quiet area next to the beach and away from the village. It has a swimming pool in the development and is easy to park. We were taken care of very well. And nothing was missing in the house
