The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. You can live well in our beautiful in-law near the lake. The apartment was modernly renovated in 2019 and has many amenities. In addition to the furnished kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom with rain shower, the direct access to our garden is especially noticeable. Especially in the summer months, it is relaxed and undisturbed by the neighbors in the well-kept meadow belonging to the in-law.
