Charming house surrounded by nature

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in an unspoiled and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in an independent and entirely private cottage of 80 m², adjoining our house. Entrance and outdoor areas reserved. Cats, horses, and chickens are part of the scenery 🙂

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Escape to the peaceful Lauragais countryside in this cosy studio overlooking the Black Mountain. Le Lodge is a bright 20 m² retreat for two, featuring a private terrace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower and everything you need to relax and unwind. Private access to **Le Magnolia Spa** is available during your stay (by reservation and at an extra charge). Closed in July and August.
