Holiday rentals with a patio in Nocera Scalo

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Antonio was a super friendly host, always responds for our messages, he gave us some recommendations and what's fantastic offers fantastic homemade products! the place is located in walking distance from the beach which is super quiet and wide. We've got everything we need over there. planty of parking space on fhe street. highly recommend for long and short stay 😉

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and charming. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

Gianluca was an excellent host!! He’s incredibly friendly, communicative and cared about our wellbeing during our stay. He’s very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. Unfortunately we couldn’t meet him during check in because we took a lot longer than planned to get to the accomodation, due to long distance driving. His apartment is within walking distance to the village but still very private and far from the noise. We felt right at home from day 1. We had breakfast outside every morning and it was so cozy and nice. Private and spacious parking was a plus. We loved every minute of it. Tropea is absolutely beautiful and I would love to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

The place is beautiful. The accomodation itself was fantastic and newly renovated but it was Maria and Vincenzo’s hospitality that made this stay so memorable. Having the two as hosts for the weekend was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. It’s truly something special to unexpectedly stumble upon such warm and welcoming people on your travels.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is so beautiful and peaceful, yet within super close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful, so generous, and even coordinated arranging transportations and excursions for us! The apartment itself was perfect for our group of 6. We would definitely come back and stay here again. It was a beautiful trip.

Everything is in place for a great stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. -The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Our stay at Martina's villa was amazing. The listing is located in a beautiful environment, surrounded by citrus fruits, set back from the road. It's new, spacious, and very stylish. The care taken in every little detail made us feel at home from the time we arrived. It has a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the soothing setting and the freshness of the vegetation that surrounds it. On the other hand, Martina welcomed us very warmly and was a great tip for us to discover Rossano and its surroundings. Charming beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. This is undoubtedly one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thank you Martina!

Great apartment - spacious, bright and very clean. Well equipped kitchen, and coffee water, snacks and a bottle of prosecco were provided. Marco is very friendly and responsive. He provided an excellent list of local restaurants and a great boat cruise company for a day on the water. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Michele's place is very safe both during the day and at night when it comes to getting to the apartment and staying in the apartment. The apartment is huge, quiet and has new appliances. We only used the hair dryer and the fridge freezer because there are a lot of food options in the city for absolutely every budget. The terrace is spectacular, much larger than in the photos, and it is also quiet. Michele responds to questions almost immediately, is very attentive and caring. A real Airbnb, where you feel like family, not like a tourist. The tenement house is renovated both outside and inside. Hot water, clean bedding. The fridge freezer cools super. We loved our personal and charming balcony in the apartment and the view from the terrace. I didn't need air conditioning in early June. You can leave your luggage for the time of the plane's departure. The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it, thank you Michele for your kindness and hospitality. We will be happy to come back.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are welcoming and very clean!!!

Everything is gorgeous, it deserves more than 5 stars! Alessandro and collaborators are exquisite people and very caring. The suite was fantastic as well as the whole brand new and wonderful structure. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. Thanks and see you next time!
