Holiday rentals with beach access in Nocera Scalo

A pleasant stay with a pleasant view from the terrace of the sun rising from the sea and the greenhouses on the opposite side that pays largely for the third floor without an elevator. Mariangela was courteous and hospitable, providing us with all the useful information to our particular interest regarding the history of Byzantine Calabria.

Hosts were great! They were kind to pick us up and drop off at the train station. Everything was comfortable and close to everything.

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

Beautiful view of the sea. Perfectly located for the quiet days by the beach. Good for trips to Capo vaticano and Tropea and (top recommendation) Scilla. In the low season, keep in mind that not many restaurants are open. Very hospitable and always available. We were allowed to stay even longer on the last day after checkout. The location and views made our stay memorable!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Mariana and Francisco were wonderful hosts. They gave us instructions and recommendations that were spot on. Their place was clean, quiet and had wonderful views. The garden was an extra bonus. The location was great. Within a short walk you were close to bars restaurants and beaches. Truly a wonderful experience.

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. Thank you for this wonderful week, absolutely recommended 👍🏽

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was always a very friendly host for us, who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (be sure to eat the pistachio tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

Quirico was a dream to communicate with and so nice the place is so close to the beach. Very peaceful

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We didn't miss anything! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger on. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what the concern, he helped immediately. The beach is very close with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us whenever necessary.

The apartment and location was better than expected. We had not been to Tropea before and did not have a good sense of the town layout. We were ideally located, a very short walk to the old town all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has wonderful large balcony that provides the best sunset view - why fight the crowds? Sunset aperitivo on the balcony was a highlight. Access to the station is also good, although it is a long walk with bags (15 min) - easy downhill from the station, more challenging heading up the hill. Lidia was a great host, provided very responsive help for checkin and was available and responsive throughout our short 4 day visit. The apartment is well set up with all the advertised amenities. One minor downside was that the apartment is opposite a popular bar that can be noisy until late. Fortunately the windows and apartment were quite well sound proofed. We had a wonderful stay in Tropea. Thank you Lidia for hosting us!

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

The apartment is finished in every detail. There is an air conditioner for the living area and one for the sleeping area. The fixtures are excellent and create perfect soundproofing. There are mosquito nets, a washing machine, a clothesline, and a terrace that overlooks the sea, making you fall in love. The kitchen has everything you need, in fact, we cooked lunch and dinner for the whole week we stayed. Perfection does not exist, but this Airbnb needs an excellence that we have never encountered to lose the right to be considered perfect. We felt at home in contact with the sea that we love so much.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation was great as well as the view. We enjoyed spending time in the apartment and in the area. Everything was very well furnished and everything you need was available. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Pizza and first visit to Calabria. The views from the apartment and nearby beaches are amazing. Parking was a little challenging for the first two days, as the town was very busy with it being a national holiday.
