Monthly Rentals in Nishitokyo

Super clean, amazing space, and within walking distance of the station! It’s one of the few remaining historical homes in the area but the interior has been beautifully updated. Ken generously offered to pick me up from the station, I accidentally boarded the wrong train so I was running late, but Ken was not bothered by this at all! He took me to a grocery store to grab some food as well. The flat was so clean and cozy. Ken stopped by again to give me a tour of the property and a ride back to the station. Really appreciate his hospitality and kindness! Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

My room was very comfortable and spacious. I was picked up and dropped off at the local train and bus stations when checking in and out! We also went to the grocery store when checking in which was very helpful. There was a tv and desk for working. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle. The kitchen was offered for use. There were also bikes available. The hosts were very friendly and I was able to do laundry. The wifi was strong.
