This is a room in a newly built apartment, and all the furniture and appliances are new. It is located on the ground floor, so it is easy to get in and out even with a suitcase. Completely private room. Wi-Fi is available. Also recommended for business trips. There is a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself, and there is a large supermarket a few minutes' walk away. (We do not provide seasonings, etc.) The entire room is for the guest's use. There is also a simple terrace at the back that you can use. There are no benches or the like. (There are ordinary houses next door, so please be quiet when using the terrace) (There are two buses every hour and one every 30 minutes) • Only towels for the number of people at the time of booking are provided in the room. ・ Accommodation is prohibited for anyone not registered at the time of booking. ・ Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. You have exclusive use of the entire second floor. Amenities include a private living room, kitchen, shower (available 24 hours a day), toilet, washer-dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. We accommodate only one group at a time. There are no shared spaces with other guests. The property is a two-story house.
