The place was very spacious and clean. With complete kitchen utensils that you would need. Comfortable linens and beddings. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay over the weekend. The host was also very responsive with all of our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Yamagata.

Kazue-san was very nice! She even helped me plan a schedule to let me have the most fun possible in the limited time I was there. The room was filled with life, like a room you'd actually live in, and everything is very very clean and comfortable, feels like coming back to your own room back in your family home. The futon was very soft, smells nice, and very clean, probably the best bed I've ever slept in. She also prepared a delicious apple juice from her own farm, and prepared a warm, hearty breakfast for me in the cold morning. The bathroom is also very clean, and are arranged in the traditional Japanese style with a changing room, washing area, and bathtub. The toilet is a modern one like the ones you can find in Tokyo. If I go there again I will definitely be staying a lot longer!

Great hospitality from the owners. The location is only a few steps to the bus station and a big Supermarket. And only a few minutes to Yamagata Station The room is clean and functional. They took me to dinner and it was awesome, I got to try many local Yamagata cuisine.
