Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nishiikebukuro

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

Hong’s place was very well stocked and we appreciated the snacks and other extras provided. The house is in a nice safe area and was reasonably close to 2 subway stops. It was bigger than we needed but would be ideal for a large group.

Harvey and Lei are great! My family had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The house has everything you would need, and I like that the location is outside of the very busy parts of Tokyo but still close to the stations. My family walked to a bagel place called Kepo each morning for bagels and then spend the day in different parts of Tokyo. The house is a great place to come back to after a busy day in the city. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come again!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Yoshi always got back whenever I had questions and the home itself was great. For the amount of beds and location close to two train stations you can’t beat the price 10/10.

Very nice and cosy house, enough room for our family of 9. Clean place and very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to skytree and the view in the house is awesome! Would definitely stay there again for our next big family trip! Host is also very friendly and helpful! So responsive!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sumida City. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tokyo. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This is a great place for families who want both comfort and a great base for exploring the city. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

very nice and quiet place to stay

Lovely apartment with beautiful tatami mat rooms and comfortable beds, very clean and close to subway. I loved the heated toilet seats, neighborhood was quiet and clean, and this was the only Airbnb with an espresso coffee machine. I appreciated Momo’s prompt responses and he even provided fruit in the fridge when we arrived.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 5 nights. 4 adults and two small children. The Airbnb is spacious, immaculately clean and has lot of amenities supplied. The stairs were no issue at all, even for the children. Easy. Having two bathrooms and three toilets was great for our large group. The mattresses were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery, crockery and basic things like coffee etc. This was very much appreciated. 10 mins walking distance from two stations. And less than 15 mins walk to another station that goes to Tokyo station without needing to change lines. Super convenient. The Airbnb is in a peaceful residential area. There’s a street with conveniences stores and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt very at home at loved this place. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again

I have to give Lin 5 stars because she is extremely responsive and responsible. When I wrote to her to complain about the bath towels, she immediately came and gave us more towels. Her place is just a stone’s throw away from Kita-Ikebukuro Station so traveling is convenient. When we arrived, Lin placed a packet of chocolate cake as a welcome gift and we really enjoyed it very much. So much, I went and bought a few more packets to bring home. Best of all, Lin allowed us to leave our luggage at her place after we checked out and went to Hakone for a one day trip. For this price and location and such responsive and flexible host, our stay in Tokyo was made very pleasant. There’s a couple of dryer shop within walking distance from Lin’s place. There’s a sweet shop selling mochi and a shop selling steamed buns and dumplings. There’s also a huge supermarket 10 mins away. Highly recommend this accommodation.

After going with Airbnb in countless for nearly 8 years, this is the best host we been with! The home is spacous for a city like Tokyo. The kids was able to run around within home. She gifted us some necessities: drinks, rice and eggs, fruits and so on! She even picked us and dropped us at the train station! Will always ready to recommend this home! Great base for exploring Tokyo. For us, the location was perfect. A short walk (15mins) to Ikebukuro station, which has great connectivity to the city & beyond. Plenty of convenience stores & restaurants nearby. The house is very clean and well looked after, with good facilities and had everything we needed. The listing accurately represents what we found. Our host was quick to respond & helpful throughout our stay and would highly recommend.
