-------The location------- The furnished apartment is located in Nippes in the North part of Cologne. The Nippes quarter offers a variety of nice pubs and nice restaurants as well as all shopping facilities for the daily need. There is a bus stop (line 121) just in front of the house and the Neusserstr. Gürtel subway-station (lines 12, 13 and 15) and the Geldernstr./Parkgürtel train-station (line 13, trains RE7 and S11) are about 5-7mn walk from the apartment. From there you can reach quickly following places: •Cologne Dome and Central Station (Köln Dom/Hbf): 6mn •Cologne Exhibition Center (Köln Messe/Deutz): 8mn •Cologne/Bonn Airport (Köln/Bonn Flughafen): 30mn -------The apartment------- The apartment has a space of app. 40sqm and is on the 1st floor. It is perfect for 2-3 adults .. The flat consists of one corridor, one living room with a small open kitchen, one bedroom and one large bathroom with separate toilet. The living room is furnished with one comfortable sofa bed (with two 80x200 real mattresses for 2 persons) and the bedroom has two high quality box-spring beds (2x80x200), which can be easily arranged to a large double bed. -------The facilities------- The apartment offers all the comfort, so that you feel good during your stay. The small kitchen is functional and well furnished (microwave oven, plate-stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker…). Two flat-screen televisions with satellite receiver and radio function are available. Clean bed linen and towels are included and a washing machine is available upon request. Internet: if necessary, we can provide you an internet stick (deposit required). Please ask for the stick prior to your arrival. Parking: free parking is available on the streets nearby. Babies are welcome. If necessary, a baby high chair and a baby travel cot are available... but we cannot welcome the babies/ small kids for free as this generates also additional costs. Cosy Flat Near Botanical Gardens

We live in the central disctict "Nippes", in one of the most typical and popular neighbourhoods of the city. Here we have parcs all around us, the river Rhine, the zoo and the botanical garden are nearby. At the same time, we are just 1km from the downtown district's limits. The trade fair grounds are about 10 minutes by car or taxi. The apartment is conveniently furnished - comfortable beds are important to us, a usable small kitchenette, a clean bathroom with tub. You have a TV with an incredible number of cable channels, and our WiFi connection is free of charge. Since we've been renting out our cute little apartment for more than 7 years, we've had many business travellers, friends and family of people from the neighborhood, and of course tourists staying with us. Many or our guests are regulars. It's a quiet, compfy place that gives you complete independence. Free parking is right around the corner, so is a bus stop. Even the subway is not far, and it takes you in a few minutes (4 stops) to the heart of the city, to the Cologne Cathedral. Naturally, bedclothes and towels are included, and we do the cleaning for you.

Located in a lively Cologne district with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The Cologne Trade Fair can be reached by underground train/suburban train in about 25 minutes. In Cologne, private travellers are required to pay a culture promotion levy of 5% of the accommodation price. This amount will be deducted directly at the time of booking.

If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.
